I had my eyes on the wines from the first two courses and had to take my pick.
I really liked the Vegan Wine with Coconut Oil and this is the best one!
I made it with coconut milk (to be fair, the other one didn’t taste too good) and coconut water and it tasted amazing.
The coconut milk makes the wine a little more complex and the coconut oil helps to preserve the sweetness of the wine.
I added some fresh herbs and spices to the coconut water to give it a little something extra.
